"I have worked with Jostens ever since I began doing the yearbook approximately 15 years ago. I have always had terrific service from Jostens, and I believe they have treated me well for being a loyal customer. I believe 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' Other companies have tried to lure me away, but I always resign my contract with Jostens. My current rep. Dan Patters has been wonderful. If I have a question or a problem, he is quick to respond and help out. This school year I had to take family medical leave due to an illness, and I was gone for some time with no replacement. Dan has helped me with deadlines, book sales, digital cameras, and costs, and he sent us John Barbee to help us with ad sales. Dan is friendly and understanding, and I feel like he is an extension of my class. My students and I call him Dan Jostens. Other companies may offer cost incentives to switch to them, but I know I get a quality product and quality people with Jostens, and I like that. As a small school with no publications budget at all, our staff has to raise all the money for our book through ad sales, book sales, personal ad sales, and one fundraiser. With Jostens help, we still manage to produce a 168 page all color book."
